Today is overcast, and the high temperature is predicted to be in the low 70s, but do you remember last year’s weather on this day? It was partly cloudy (partly sunny, if you want to think positively!) and in the upper 80s!
Be prepared to stop at the new stoplight located at NE Osceola Avenue west of Watula.
And watch out for pesky lane closures at SE First Avenue and East Silver Springs Boulevard due to drainage work from Monday, October 21 through Friday, October 25.
Late November/early December is showtime for a new Epic Theatres location at 4414 SW College Road. This Ocala location will be the Florida’s 11th.
Candy Crawl at Paddock Mall (hey, that rhymed!)
Trick or Treat? Treat, of course! Head over to Paddock Mall on Saturday, October 26 between 6pm – 8pm for their Candy Crawl. In addition to candy, there will be games and activities. This event is part of the Teale Pumpkin Project.
Second Annual Oak Run Canine/Pet Halloween Extravaganza
If your pet is willing to wear a costume, head over to Oak Run Palm Grove Gymnasium Parking Lot on Saturday, October 26 at 9am for a pet parade (it’s only $5 to enter your pet), games, bake sale, and a 50/50 raffle.
