Like to dine out? Here’s some Ocala restaurant news:
A new addition to the downtown area is Bank Street Patio Bar. Boasting two full bars and two patios, this enormous non-smoking establishment can easily accommodate large parties. In addition to signature drinks and fine wines, there are also non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, there is coffee and espresso. If you’re hungry, there are also adult and kids food menus. Adult offerings include tacos, flatbread pizza, salads, bowls, and smoothies. Kids can enjoy grilled cheese and flatbread pizza.

Texas Roadhouse, a popular chain restaurant that provides free peanuts and rolls, recently opened at SW 32nd Avenue in the Paddock Mall (a second location is in Lady Lake/The Villages).
Menu items include hand-cut steaks, appetizers like the Cactus Blossom and Rattlesnake Bites, and a plethora of side dishes like sweet potatoes and chili. Kids won’t go hungry either classic with menu offerings such as chicken tenders and mac and cheese.
