Top Scented Candles for Fall

Written and compiled by Elle Tomaszewski, http://www.styelled.com

Everyone loves candles, especially during the holidays. I don't know about you, but here in Florida, we like to make our homes smell like the season since the weather isn't always reflective upon the time of year. In other places like North Carolina, they get all of the seasons. They get to watch the leaves turn color and fall. In Florida, we have to do what we can to get those fall feelings, and most of us do that with candles.

Here are some of the top selling candles right now:

1. Diptyque Ambre
The Diptyque Ambre scented candle gives off warm notes of woods and spices mixed with a little bit of incense and citrus.

2. Roen Amber Candle (from Anthropologie)
Any Anthropologie candle is a good candle in my opinion. This candle gives off notes of sandalwood, fig leaf and balsam fir. It might be a good transition candle to burn in November.

3. Parker Candle Collection (from Urban Outfitters)
Notes of amber, sage and patchouli in pretty glass votives is the perfect way to make your home smell and feel like the season. The price is also inexpensive, so you won't have to worry about breaking the bank for a candle!

4. Fresh Fall Morning (from Bath & Body Works)
One of the highest rated fall candles with notes of sage, citrus and apple. It will give your home the smell of fall without overwhelming sweetness. Look out for those candle sales before you splurge!

5. Pumpkin Patch Candle (from Homesick)
With top notes of lemon and nutmeg, it sounds like this is the perfect candle! Other notes include ginger, cinnamon, clove, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla and tonka bean. It's one of the top rated candles and it's $29.95, but it's soy based, so you're going to get the bang for your buck! The entire candle will melt and there won't be leftover wax on the sides.

Hopefully this candle guide gets you excited for the season and gets your home smelling like fall, even if it doesn't feel that way outside!
