Ocala Restaurant News
August 12, 2019
Here' s some news about two Ocala restaurants:
Piesanos, a popular eatery serving classic and modern Italian lunches and dinners, is opening a new location – its sixth – in The Villages this month. If you’ve never been to Piesanos, they have a large menu featuring appetizers like Buffalo Wings, homemade soups like Italian Wedding, salads like Gournet Spinach, entrées like Chicken Parm in addition to calzones, subs, and stone fired pizza, of course! There is also a full bar as well as indoor and outdoor seating. If you are unable to wait until this new location opens, visit one of the two locations in Ocala in Grand Oaks Plaza and Canopy Oak Plaza. For more info, check out this news story.
Did you know that Ocala’s Chuck E. Cheese hosts “Sensory Sensitive Sundays” on the first Sunday of every month for children with Autism and Special Needs. The goal of this series is to provide these children with fun but less-stimulating experiences than a typical experience. “Sensory Sensitive Sundays” will occur two hours before the restaurant’s normal opening time. Ocala’s Chuck E. Cheese is located at 3500 SW College Road. For more information, visit the chain’s information page.
